RepairQ 1.2.2 release is now live! This release features:

  • New Tradeins report
  • New Returns reports
  • Added sales by item type to Sales Summary by Staff report
  • Added flags for ticket notes, one to make the note appear on printed ticket, one to highlight a note as important
  • Added manual sms notification, which reads: “CUSTOMER NAME, your DEVICE NAME is TICKET STATUS. Call with questions at STORE PHONE NUMBER.”
  • Added ability to email a receipt
  • Added ability to bulk edit cost and supplier
  • Some additional minor fixes, see release notes below:

If you feel that you have not received these features on your instance, please let us know. We are careful not to release anything that will cause problems with your RepairQ installation, but if you feel that we have messed something up then please submit a support ticket and we will resolve the issue ASAP.
