We will publish release notes on our blog, and from time to time we will share new business practices and industry knowledge to help you improve your repair business.
We can provide online training sessions via screen-sharing. For those who prefer face-to-face training, we can come to your location and provide in-person training, or you can come to our location in Tulsa, OK. All training options are subject to an additional fee which will be determined on a case-by-case basis (just to cover some of our costs). Are there any hidden costs?
Nope. All you pay is your monthly rate to use RepairQ. You don’t even need to purchase any hardware to use RepairQ!
How do I know my data is safe?
We understand that your database contains confidential information, and we take privacy very seriously. We will guard your data meticulously. Read more about our hosting
Can I import my inventory into RepairQ when I sign up?
Yes, we will provide spreadsheet templates you can use to customize your settings and import your inventory. If you already have your inventory in a database or other system, we can work with you to import that into your RepairQ installation for an additional fee.
We have a credit card payments processor and would like to continue using them. Will this be possible with RepairQ?
Yes, in fact this is precisely the way RepairQ is designed. We do not process any credit card transactions or store any credit card numbers, so you will be able to pick whichever processor you wish.
Is it possible to print receipts for customers using a receipt printer?
Yes, by design our receipts automatically scale down to receipt printer dimensions, while remaining printable on a standard printer.
We don’t want to go through the process of entering customer information for everyone. Is it possible to perform an anonymous sale?
Yes, you can perform a quick anonymous sale if desired.
