RepairQ is growing and getting a new name! RepairQ will become RepairQ as of May 12th, 2013. We feel it is time to move RepairQ out from under the Brickwire domain, and “RepairQ” is a very crowded name space. Nothing has changed internally: we have not been acquired, we still have the same leadership and staff, and there is no lawsuit pending.

To accommodate our growth we will transfer our hosting from our local data center to Amazon Web Services (AWS) on May 12th, 2013. If you aren’t familiar with AWS, they provide services to Pinterest, Netflix, Quora, and thousands of other companies. You probably won’t notice the change, we just want to make you aware of it. AWS will allow us to grow virtually without limit going forward. Their service will also allow us to provide better failover measures for RepairQ with redundant servers on the East and West coast ensuring that you will not experience any outages with our service.

Thank you for being such awesome customers! We have really enjoyed growing with you this past year, and we look forward to many more years of growth and improvements to our service for you.
